Dj is a very patient and detailed person. All of our paperwork was ready to go prior to even starting to look for the house in order to be really quick with the offer. She does a very wonderful job personalizing the offers with the letters to the sellers, which makes your offer stand out! Dj showed us the home we ended up buying the day it went on the market and submitted the offer the same day (it was 3 hours away from where she was in the morning). Overall, we highly recommend DJ to especially first time buyers. You will need someone to answer your million + questions.
